Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a $25 fee. Cancellations resulting from not knowing the correct location are the responsibility of the client and will also incur the cancellation fee.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be considered cancelled, and a cancellation fee will apply. 

We accept cash and Interac E-Transfer only.

Eyelash refills require at least 80% of remaining lash extensions. Mini-fills require 40%. These only apply to lash services performed by ShellsBeautyBar. Requests for refills for lash services provided by others will be subject to an additional charge or the cancellation fee.

Please follow all the prep instructions provided to you via email and on our website. Failure to follow instructions may alter the quality of the service. Your appointment may be cancelled by ShellsBeautyBar if we deem instructions were not followed. The cancellation fee will apply to these situations.

Please ensure that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of the appointment. Those under the age of 18 require a parent/guardian to sign a liability release waiver.

Appointments booked during September to April are at our London, ON location, unless disclosed otherwise in writing or on social media (ie. Instagram).
